PGA Of Canada Class A Professional Kwan was raised in North Shore as a junior golf tournament player. Kwan’s formal education in golf came in San Diego as a graduate of San Diego Golf Academy (SDGA). In 1998, after passing the required exams, Kwan received degrees in Associate of Applied Business, Advanced teaching, Club repair and Fitting, and Tournament operations. Since 2002, after passing the PGA of Canada required test, Kwan has been actively and proactively teaching and coaching all level golfers from raw beginners to tournament players. With Kwan’s own experience in golf as a junior golfer and as a professional, his specialty is to prepare junior golfers for tournaments. He also enjoys improving, motivating, encouraging, and to keeping the game exciting for all level golfers. Kwan’s extensive knowledge and innovative techniques of teaching the golf swing and the many facets of the game have enabled him to be a confident, proficient and successful teaching professional.
