우리 회사는 LG, Samsung, GE  등의 가전제품을 repair service 하는 회사 입니다. 

밴쿠버에 위치하고 있습니다.

취급하는 브랜드가 늘어 감에 따라 CSA 업무에 필요한 직원을 추가 모집 합니다.

 

** Main duty

-       Answering incoming phone calls to schedule service appointments for customers.

-       Mapping & scheduling technician’s repair visit.

-       Gathering contact information from customers and collecting detailed overview of the service issue.

-       Repair parts, inventory sorting & management

 

 

** Qualities required

-       영어 (Speaking & Writing 모두) 에 능통해야 함

-       Good judgment (이성적인 판단력 요함)

-       High degree of emotional self-control

-       Empathy and sensitivity

-       Good communication skills

-       Multi-tasking

 

* 자격: 영주권자 이상

* 급여: $17/hour (1st 3 month), then we will consider raise
