Hawksworth Restaurant Group's newest award-winning restaurant, Nightingale, is seeking enthusiastic and experienced dishwashers to join our brigade. We are seeking individuals with a willingness to learn and grow for the busy and exciting energy of a new restaurant.
Who You Are:
* You can't stay still- you feed off the energy and buzz of a busy restaurant
* You're a team-player
* You're fast on your feet and a quick thinker
Need to Have:
* The ability to work efficiently and quickly even under pressure
* Evening and weekend availability
* Must be able to legally work in Canada
Nice to Have:
* Experience in high-volume kitchens

Hawksworth Group's newest addition, Nightingale, centrally located downtown, is currently looking for experienced and eager line cooks to join our team of industry professionals!
Celebrating the here and now, Nightingale delivers fresh and vibrant modern Canadian cuisine that's designed for the way people want to eat today, vegetable and grain-centric with pastas, pizzas and creative proteins to share.
Who You Are:
• You have a passion for food and feed off of the buzz of a busy restaurant
• You have experience in the kitchen but are hungry to learn more and develop your skills
• Experience in pizza is preferred
• You're a team-player and a great communicator
• You enjoy working with premium, local ingredients
• You have at least 2 years of experience in high-volume kitchen
• You're fast on your feet and a bit of an adrenaline junkie; a busy dinner service is your thrill; you enjoy challenging service
