A.      자격요건 

·         영주권자 이상  

·         영어 능력자

·         나이제한: ~30 (첫 2개월 정부보조지원) 

·         HR관련 졸업자, Certificate or Diploma 

·         HR관련 1년이상 경력자 우대 

  

B.    업무

        Job duties for the position of HR Assistant include (but are not limited to) the following:

·         Help grow the company by recruiting new hires.

·         Post job openings to job search platform.

·         Review applicant resumes and cover letters.

·         Make initial contact with candidates - conducting phone screens, and scheduling in-person interviews with team managers.

·         Assist with the onboarding of prospective candidates.

·         Update employee database information.

·         Understands and explains company policies, programs, benefits, and related information.

·         Supporting HR work as assigned.

·         Manage a number of administrative duties.

·         Accomplishes the Human Resources objectives and contributes to the organization’s mission by delivering related results as required.

D.     업무환경

·         Full-time Permanent, 월~금 8AM-5PM

·         근무장소: 200-88 Brigantine Dr, Coquitlam, BC V3K 6Z6

       (브레이드 스카이트레인에서 차로 5분거리)
