안녕하세요.
밴쿠버에 위차한 치과기공소에서 Admin Assistant를 구합니다.
저희는 총인원 15명의 중간규모 기공소입니다.
팬데믹 상황에서도 essential로 분류되어 계속해서 성장하고 있습니다.
저희 기공소에서는 기존의 스톤 모델과 3D 프린팅 모델 두 가지를 병행해서 제작하고 있으며, 최신 CAD/CAM 장비와 디지털 기술을 이용해 기존의 제작 과정을 더 편리하게 바꿔 나가며 치과 기공 물을 제작하고 있습니다.
영어가 어느 정도 가능해야하며, 경험이 없으신 분들이라도 일정의 트레이닝을 통해 할 수 있는 업무입니다.
The permanent, full-time position involves communicating with dental offices, processing and invoicing work coming into and leaving the lab and purchasing, among many other tasks. The successful candidate will be energetic and possess excellent computer and communication skills. Knowledge of restorative dentistry is a strong asset.
Duties
- Entering customer orders into our internal system accurately and timely.
- Answering customer inquiries by telephone, chat and email about our products.
- Assisting customers in navigating our company website.
- Receiving and recording packages from couriers.
- Providing office support via scanning.
