직책: Administrator / Receptionist

급여: depending on experience

근무시간: 주 20 시간 (협의 가능)

담당업무:

• Answering and routing incoming calls and scheduling the meeting with clients
• Scanning, photocopying, faxing and filing documents
• Collecting and routing mails and hand-delivered packages
• Performing documentation works for cases such as data entry, filling out the forms and typing documents
• Translating documents between English and Korean
• Assisting in the preparation of brochures, flyers, reports, newsletters and other material
• Developing and implementing advertising campaigns  

자격요건:

• 1~3 years of related experience in the occupation preferred
• Fluent in English and Korean (English & Korean writing skill is important)
• University degree or college diploma
• Japanese or Chinese speaker is preferred
• Basic graphic/web design skills and knowledge are preferred
• SNS marketing skills and experience are preferred
