주요업무

HR/GA

(1) HR

Handle promotion and salary raise process based on performance evaluation results

Manage PTOs and vacation days for all of the applicable employees

Manage paid and unpaid leave for all of the applicable employees

Report the total number of employees and employee’s payroll to the head office

Manage the hiring process for new employees such as reviewing the applicants’ resume,

interviewing the applicants, and filing all the related documents

Update and enforce policies pertained to human resources function

(2) GA

Manage expenses that occur at the agency for the general operational purposes and report

and record the expenses according to the company policy

Manage budget and expenses of the Agency under the General Manager’s approval

Manage insurance plan for the Agency and Employees
