Monitor and manage the Mirero server in Samaung Austin -. Share Daily Monitoring Report Monthly Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) for Mirero system Updata soft ware version between USA vs Korea every 3 month. Trouble Shooting -. Maintain server and trouble shooting with Samsung and Mirero HQ in Korea ASAP . -. Root cause analysis and daily system monitoring Keep coumunication with Mirero HQ and making release plan for inplement changing point on servers Requirements/Qualifications: Work experience -. System(Linux, Windows Server) Maintenance / Setup -. DataBase(Oracle) Management -. Virtualization System(VMware) Maintenance / Setup -. Software System Maintenance Bilingual Korean/English fluency (reading, writing, speaking) preferred but not required Excellent analytical skills required and Problem solving mindset Organized -. Handle high pressure and fast pace operations as needed -. Excellent communication and time management skills required Proficient with Microsoft Office applications ( Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Good customer care ability Ability to travel for tranning Mirero system in Korea.
