Creative Space Coordinator
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work with architects and interior designers and to discuss their drawings in detail
- Manage all phases of interior & construction project schedules ensuring the accuracy, timely installation, and quality of the overall design process.
- Lead FF&E procurement process, including sourcing, vendor quotes, proposal preparation, client invoices, purchase orders, and timely payments.
- Receive deliveries on site and assisting in their placement and installation to plan

Skills and Requirements:
- 1-2 years' direct experience at an interior design firm or in project management
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel necessary
- Experience in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, and other related space planning/rendering programs is a plus but not required.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License
- Time-management skills
- Bilingual – Fluent in English and Korean preferred
E-commerce Manager
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage our merch inventory, account receivable, account payable, product pages, images, copywriting/web content, advertising spend, and other key areas to list our products and create strategies to drive higher sales and profit
- Oversee the day-to-day e-commerce operations, customer service, updates, post product listings, promotions, merchandising, maintenance, and performance through e-commerce platforms
- Create, manage, and optimize a system of pushing and pulling data feeds for inventory and sales from the marketplace to our system and inventory management systems

Skills and Requirements:

- Technically adept with strong computer skills. Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Intermediate level in Excel), retail math, Google Analytics is a plus, SQL, WMS experience is a plus
- Substantial experience of working in the field of e-commerce management at a manager level

Accounting Assistant / Office Administrator
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversees and coordinates activities of other admins, ensuring all admin responsibilities are fulfilled
- Maintain bookkeeping and financial ledgers and prepares related records and reports
- Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile account receivable and account payable
- Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
- Assist in Month End Procedures
- Ensure that all relationships with vendors run smoothly

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Research and develop new merch and implement modifications to existing merchandises
- Design products including new and existing products, and create visual elements such as images, logos, catalogues, and illustrations

- Maintain brand standards and specifications on all printed material while working collaboratively with licensor companies to evolve the US market-oriented design
