Creative Space Coordinator

Roles & Responsibilities:
Work with architects and interior designers and to discuss their drawings in detail

Manage all phases of interior & construction project schedules ensuring the accuracy, timely installation, and quality of the overall design process.

Lead FF&E procurement process, including sourcing, vendor quotes, proposal preparation, client invoices, purchase orders, and timely payments.
Receive deliveries on site and assisting in their placement and installation to plan
Review bids from contractors to ensure they are reasonable in price and scope of work offered
Prepare progress reports and meeting minutes on a regular basis throughout the duration of the project
Manage materials and labor costs to ensure that projects stay within budget guidelines
Manage the building operations and property management ensuring the fiscal and operational success of the building
Ensure the property and grounds are well maintained
Manage and assist Team Leader with building operations, maintenance, repair, alteration, historic preservation, recycling, concessions, safety, environmental and security


Skills and Requirements:
1-2 years' direct experience at an interior design firm or in project management
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel necessary
Experience in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, and other related space planning/rendering programs is a plus but not required.
​​Must have a valid Driver’s License
Time-management skills

E-commerce Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage our merch inventory, account receivable, account payable, product pages, images, copywriting/web content, advertising spend, and other key areas to list our products and create strategies to drive higher sales and profit
Oversee the day-to-day e-commerce operations, customer service, updates, post product listings, promotions, merchandising, maintenance, and performance through e-commerce platforms
Create, manage, and optimize a system of pushing and pulling data feeds for inventory and sales from the marketplace to our system and inventory management systems

Skills and Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in the related field.
5+ years of demonstrated experience managing and selling products on Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Walmart.com, etc.
Technically adept with strong computer skills. Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Intermediate level in Excel), retail math, Google Analytics is a plus, SQL, WMS experience is a plus
Substantial experience of working in the field of e-commerce management at a manager level
Demonstrated experience with A/R, A/P, and inventory management systems, e-commerce platforms, and other data aggregators
Strong people, team, and change management skills
Time-management skills
Bilingual – Fluent in English and Korean preferred

 
 

Accounting Assistant / Office Administrator

Roles & Responsibilities:
Oversees and coordinates activities of other admins, ensuring all admin responsibilities are fulfilled
Maintain bookkeeping and financial ledgers and prepares related records and reports
Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile account receivable and account payable
Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
Assist in Month End Procedures
Ensure that all relationships with vendors run smoothly
Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed
Coordinate and schedule meetings internally and/or with clients and vendors
Provide office responsibility including but not limited to filing, meeting arrangements, report preparation and editing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Korean with/and HQ and vendors

Roles & Responsibilities:
Recruit, hire, and train all retail store and restaurant staff
Schedule employees to ensure shifts have proper coverage
Oversee day-to-day operations including maintaining proper inventory levels, ensuring stocking, implementing purchasing plans, and maintain contact with supplier to ensure maximum efficiency in meeting sales goals
Streamline working processes to improve the guest experience
Enforce food handling regulations and other guidelines to increase guest safety
Promote the restaurant/retail store and implement strategies to ensure business growth
Maintain positive customer relationships, process complaints, and respond to customer needs
Complete necessary paperwork, such as sales, inventory, and staff attendance reports

Skills & Requirements:

5+ years in the hospitality industry with an emphasis on food and beverages, including 3+ years’ experience at the management level
A culinary or food service management degree is a plus
Retail store management experience preferred
Strong working knowledge of related computer software, including restaurant and retail store management software
Exceptional organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to forecast food & beverage and other inventory needs
Experience in personnel management, including hiring, supervision, evaluation, and succession planning
Supervisory, scheduling, training, and coaching skills

Ability to multi-task as well as stay on task and concentrate with constant interruptions
Experience in food purchasing, food costs, and inventory control
Knowledge of cash handling procedures and reconciliation of multiple cash banks and reports

Must be knowledgeable on HACCP controls along with proper storage and use of food
Monitor compliance with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation and serving
Exceptional business etiquette and client relations
Manages time effectively and prioritizes tasks to meet deadlines
Available to work flexible hours, including weekends

Collaborate with executives, marketers, and salespeople to set prices that are good for the market and profit

Roles and Responsibilities:
Research and develop new merch and implement modifications to existing merchandises
Design products including new and existing products, and create visual elements such as images, logos, catalogues, and illustrations
Develop and execute product packaging and related components
Maintain brand standards and specifications on all printed material while working collaboratively with licensor companies to evolve the US market-oriented design
Work on graphic design projects, illustration, and animation for our e-Commerce channel
Responsible for coming up with new merch designs that meet the needs and wants of consumers
Set design requirements based on briefs from internal teams and external partners
Sketch drafts on paper or digitally

 

Skills and Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experiences in related field
2+ years in product/package design or a related field
