모집 분야 : Bookkeeper 0명

 

1. 자격요건:   

· MS Office  활용 능력 우수자 (PowerPoint, Excel, word)

· 캐나다에서 합법적으로 일할 수 있는 자 (영주권자 및 시민권자 우대, 워크퍼밋)

· 신입무관, 관련업무 경험자 우대 (채용되신분께는 트레이닝이 제공되므로, 경험유무에 관계없이 열정있으신 분들의 많은 지원 부탁드립니다)

· 영어가능자

 

2. 주요업무 : 

Job duties for the position of Accounting Clerk include (but are not limited to) the following:

· Update cashflow

· Bank reconciliation and reconciliation of other accounts

 · Accounts payable and/or receivable - review invoices and attach appropriate documentation, obtain approval prior to payment

· Record incoming cash and deposit at the bank

· Reconcile vendor accounts and respond to vendor inquiries

· Maintain vendor records and files

· Prepare and process payroll

· Monitor debt levels and apply payment to any debt as it comes up for payment

· Maintain documentation of processes and procedures

· Remit sales tax to the government on a timely basis

· Administrative work as needed

 

3. 근무조건:

· Full-time Permanent position, 월~금 8AM-5PM

· 점심식사 제공 (도시락 세트) 

· 급여 :인터뷰 후 결정

· 6개월 근무 후 그룹보험 가능 (치과, 침, 약값, 마사지, 보험 등 각 종 혜택이 있습니다.)
